Three things worth being clear about before you rely on anything here.
This is exam preparation, not clinical advice
Every question, rationale, and cheat sheet is written to prepare you for the NCLEX-RN®. None of it is medical advice, and none of it should decide what you do for a real patient. On shift, follow your employer's policy, your preceptor, and current clinical guidance.
Nursing practice also changes faster than any question bank. Where something here differs from your current facility protocol or the latest guideline, the guideline wins.
We are not NCSBN, and no result is guaranteed
NCLEX®, NCLEX-RN®, and NCLEX-PN® are registered trademarks of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing, Inc. SteadyNurse is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NCSBN.
Our readiness score, our practice exams, and our study plan are our own estimates of how prepared you are. They are not the exam, they are not NCSBN's scoring, and no score here guarantees a pass.
Your results are your own
Reviews and pass stories on this site describe what those students did with the product. They are not a prediction of your result, which depends on your programme, your preparation, and the exam you sit.
