Refund policy

Last updated 12 August 2026

Studying scared is bad enough without a payment you regret. Here is when we give money back, and how to ask.

  1. Your first payment: 14 days

Within 14 days of your first payment on a new membership, ask and we refund it in full. You don't have to give a reason, and working through the question bank in those two weeks doesn't cost you the right to ask.

  2. Renewals

Cancel before your renewal date and you aren't billed again. Renewal charges aren't automatically refundable, because the date is on your receipt and in your account.

That said, a renewal catching you off guard is a normal thing to happen. Write within 7 days of the charge, tell us you hadn't meant to continue, and we'll look at it.

  3. How to ask

    • Email [email protected] from the address on the account.
    • Tell us which charge you mean, by date or amount.
    • We reply to say what we're refunding before we send it.
    • Refunds go back to the card that paid. Banks usually take 5 to 10 working days to show it.
  4. Pass Insurance is not a refund

Pass Insurance is the length of the yearly membership: your access outlasts a moved date or a second attempt. It doesn't return the money you paid, and it runs separately from this page.

    How Pass Insurance works
  5. Please ask us before your bank

A chargeback freezes the account while the bank decides, which can take months and helps nobody. If something looks wrong on your statement, email us first. Where a refund is due, sending it takes minutes.

  6. What we can't refund

    • Accounts closed for sharing or reselling access.
    • Memberships bought for a cohort under a separate written agreement, which is governed by that agreement instead.
  7. Contact

Anything about a payment goes to [email protected]. A person reads it.
